FlowFast Plumbing connects you with independent local plumbing professionals. When you call or submit the form, your details may be shared with up to three local pros so they can respond. This site does not perform plumbing work itself.

FlowFast is a connection and referral service only. We do not perform plumbing work, employ plumbers, operate trucks or dispatch centers, hold contractor licenses, or maintain offices you can visit. Any contract for plumbing work is solely between you and the independent professional you choose. We are not a party to that contract and have no control over the pro's work, pricing, scheduling, licensing status, or insurance coverage.

Using this site and submitting a request costs you nothing. If you hire a plumbing professional, you pay that professional directly under whatever terms you agree with them — FlowFast receives no payment from you.

When you submit the request form, you consent to be contacted about your request by FlowFast Plumbing and by the independent local pros we share your request with — by phone call, text message (SMS, including automated messages), or email. They are educational — not professional, legal, or insurance advice, and not a substitute for an on-site assessment by a qualified professional. Every plumbing situation is different; treat anything you read here as a starting point, not a diagnosis.

You agree to provide accurate information in the request form. Inaccurate details (wrong ZIP, unreachable phone number) may prevent pros from responding.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's contact information.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to submit requests or harvest content.
• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access non-public systems.
• Copy or republish site content for commercial purposes without permission.

Plumbing professionals matched through this site are independent third parties. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any pro's work, and we do not verify every claim a pro makes about licensing, insurance, or experience. You are responsible for evaluating any pro before hiring them — ask for proof of insurance, check references, and get the scope and price in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, FlowFast Plumbing is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, your communications with independent professionals, or any work performed (or not performed) by those professionals — including property damage, mold growth, costs, or delays. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Our total liability for any claim related to this site will not exceed $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowFast Plumbing from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
